From the age of 5 years old, I have always been into sport. Particuarly Track & Field. Majoring & Competing in 100m, 200m, 400m, 100m Hurdles & Anchor leg in the 100m Relay.

Now, in my 40's & a Mother later, 

I am still heavily active in some kind of sport and in the Health & Fitness Industry.

I had qualified as a Group Exercise Instructor back in 1998 and ever since has been very successful in 'Packing' up fitness studios in & around London at various Leisure & Fitness Centres/Studios.

Personal Training came into force from 2000 & I have been steadily reputable. Studied extensively on 'Anatomy & Physiology' in which i have a huge interest in. Aswell as studying the basic principles of Nutrition within, my Training programmes.

I have always had a huge interest in the human body & all it can do, which is the reason why, I have chosen & have the longevity into, this career aswell as, the importance of, offering the encouragement, education & support onto my clientelle.

2004, I had studied and trained as an Athletics COACH at Southbank University, London. Training

'Up & Coming' athletes in 100m, 200m, Relay, Hurdles & Long Jump.

I am currently an Avid, Power Lifter, Weight Trainer Cardio Fanatic.

I am currently teaching throughout London & the South East the following classes:

Aero-Biking, Box Fit, Aerobics, Step, Body Conditioning, PowerPump, Cardio-Tennis,Total Abs, Legs, Bums & Tums, Circuit & many more!

 

For all my clients peace of mind, I am a, Certified REPS

(Register of Exercise Professionals) 

Group Exercise Instructor, aswell as an

CYQ

Level 3, Personal Trainer certified, both Nationally & Worldwide recognised.
